The perfect gin for my preferred style of martini
1/4 cup boudier gin, add dry vermouth ( French, ie Noilly Prat, not Italian vermouth) to bring volume to 1/3 cup.
On the rocks, with a twist of quality lemon, and an olive, - superb!
I did try the boudier in a G&T, - NOT recommended
Sensational, serve it over ice, don't add a mixer
